Product Warranty
All Mobinova products come with a one-year warranty. In case of a defective or damaged product upon receipt, we provide replacement under warranty only.
Warranty Procedure
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Send the defective product to Mobinova following these conditions: product in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with all accessories intact (e.g., screen protector cleaning wipes).
Products returned outside warranty or in poor condition will be refused and returned at the buyer’s expense.
